2. Service Description

Career Confidence Zone provides professional career coaching services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Career strategy development
• Professional development guidance
• Confidence building techniques
• Leadership development programs

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Actively participate in the coaching process
• Respect the confidentiality of other clients
• Pay all fees as agreed upon

4. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may be charged as completed sessions
• Rescheduling is subject to coach availability

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching discussions. However, confidentiality may be breached if:

• Required by law
• There is imminent danger to yourself or others
• You provide written consent to share information

7. Limitations of Service

Our coaching services are not:

• Medical or therapeutic treatment
• Legal or financial advice
• Guaranteed to produce specific outcomes
• A substitute for professional counseling or therapy

8. Limitation of Liability

Career Confidence Zone's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, methodologies, and content provided by Career Confidence Zone remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy for unused, prepaid services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Career Confidence Zone operates.
